The MVM controller comprises a voltage detection module configured to detect an input voltage, a current detection module configured to sense the current consumption rate of the three-phase motor, a plurality of solid- state switches pre-configured to connect the two or more concentric windings of the stator in a predetermined connection pattern, and a drive circuit adapted to automatically select at least one Solid- state Switch to operate the induction motor at multiple voltages.
