The present invention relates to a method for classifying and counting plants using artificial intelligence (AI). Accordingly, the method includes:- Stage 1: a) Acquiring a dataset by capturing images of plants; b) Preprocessing the acquired images for further analysis; Stage 2: a) Training a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model through transfer learning to develop an algorithm for plant classification; b) Applying the trained algorithm or AI Model to plants, for quality improvement based on transfer learning technique; Stage 3: Fine-tuning the algorithm's parameters and enhancing accuracy by acquiring additional training data and improving cropping techniques; and Stage 4: Developing a graphical interface for easy image manipulation within the digital-based interface.
